Hi, I’m Lizzie.
At Heart Sanctuary, my intention is to create a space where you can truly exhale.
A space rooted in love, safety, and trust—where your nervous system can soften, and you can gently reconnect with yourself. I believe we all need places where we can show up as we are, without pressure, and experience a sense of genuine connection.
To me, true wellbeing comes from being able to live and express yourself authentically, to feel connected, and to return to a deeper sense of love within.
My own journey has been one of both challenge and growth. Through experiences of anxiety, loss, and transformation, I’ve been guided back to the heart—again and again. My path began with yoga in 2013 and deepened after the passing of my mother in 2020, which opened a profound calling into this work.
Today, I support others using a blend of somatic and wellbeing practices, including yoga, meditation, breathwork, reiki, sound healing, and feminine-based approaches.
I believe healing is a process of remembering who we truly are—embracing all parts of ourselves and allowing our energy to flow more freely.
I offer group sessions, workshops, and 1:1 experiences within both community and corporate spaces, always holding a calm, supportive environment for rest, connection, and meaningful transformation.
