Sound baths are deeply restorative experiences that use soothing tones, soundwaves and gentle vibrations to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and nervous system regulation.

Using instruments such as tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion, and therapeutic sound, these sessions create a calm and nurturing environment where participants can rest, reset, and reconnect.

Sessions can be tailored for a variety of settings, including workplaces, care homes, wellness events, and community groups.
