I am passionate about supporting the wellbeing of people. Most people spend 40 hours a week at work, and when their needs are not being met this can lead to physical, mental and emotional difficulties. I am working with businesses to support their teams through various ways - whether thats running yoga classes, chair yoga or a programme of sessions that support mental health such as mindfulness or anxiety sessions.
