The sound sanctuary - a new moon sound bath for deep relaxation & healing

Join me for a relaxing and soothing sound bath at the end of each month on a Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. The sound waves of the instruments entrain your brain into a state of deep relaxation and change them from beta to alpha or theta state. Sometimes even Delta! This will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and calm.

We work with the new moon energies to bring in intentions/desires for the following couple of weeks - tuning into the cycle of the moon can aid and support us in fulfilling our desires, dreams and life journeys.

Please where ultra comfy clothes, bring a pillow, blanket and a yoga/soft mat. I will bring mats but I always suggest doubling up for extra comfort. This will primarily be a passive session so all that is required of you is to lie down and listen to the soothing sounds :)

*Please also bring a bottle of water to stay well hydrated.

Please be aware that if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have sound induced epilepsy or severe mental health issues then sound baths are generally not recommended.

This will be a special rated session where you pay £12.

This session is part of a series of sessions that I will be offering at a discounted rate (These sessions will be recorded as part of my case studies in my sound healing assessments for my level 2 sound healing course).
