A Sacred Evening of Renewal, Rebirth & Awakening As day and night meet in perfect balance, we gather to honour the Spring Equinox — a potent portal of renewal, awakening, and fresh beginnings.

This ceremonial soundbath is an invitation to:

Through intention, sound, stillness, breath and ritual, you’ll be guided into a deeply nourishing space where your nervous system can soften and your soul can recalibrate with the rhythms of the Earth.

Please bring a blanket, pillow, bottle of water and a mat to lie on (I will be providing mats but you may wish to bring your own for extra comfort)
