Join me for an evening of Yin Yoga and Sound healing.
Yin is a slower paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time.. It is a passive practice that involves variations of seated and supine poses accessing deeper layers of fascia (connective tissue) and encouraging a deeply relaxed and meditative state alongside the opportunity to fully release and let go.
The yin practice is followed by a sound bath which includes various instruments including Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs and percussion will be played to trigger the relaxation response in body, mind and spirit.
