A Winter Women's Gathering of Descent, Ritual & Sisterhood

As the days grow darker and nature turns inward, we gather to reconnect with the warmth within ourselves and the nourishment of community.

The Inner Hearth is a three-hour women's gathering inviting you to slow down, soften and receive.

Through gentle somatic movement and self-care practices, paired sharing, seasonal ritual, communal drumming and a deeply nourishing sound journey, we will explore the themes of sacred descent, the inner sanctuary and the wisdom of the winter season.

Drawing inspiration from Mother Earth, the Divine Mother, the rose and the symbolic journey of Inanna, we will create space for reflection, connection and the simple experience of being held.

Together, we will explore:

🌹 The nourishment of sisterhood and community

🌹 The rose as a symbol of tenderness and resilience

🌹 The inner hearth and the wisdom of the body

🌹 Gentle rhythm, sound and seasonal ritual

This is a space to come as you are. No experience of yoga, meditation or drumming is needed. All practices are invitations, with space to rest, adapt and participate in ways that feel right for you.

Teas and nourishing snacks included

Please bring a drum (if you have one - I have a few spare), a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfy clothes you can move in, a bottle of water, and anything else you want with you.
