✨ THE QUIET TURNING ✨
Winter New Moon Sound Sanctuary
Saturday 12th December · 6–7.30pm (This will be my final soundbath until I come back from maternity leave)
As the year draws inward and we move towards the Winter Solstice, I invite you to step out of the busyness of December and into a space of deep rest, stillness and sound.
This gathering falls just after the New Moon — a time of darkness, quiet beginnings and planting seeds for the cycle ahead.
And with the Winter Solstice approaching, we are entering the deepest part of the year: the longest night, the quietest landscapes, the time when nature turns inward to rest, replenish and gather its energy.
🌑 The New Moon invites us to begin again.
🌲 Winter invites us to slow down.
🕯️ The Solstice reminds us that even in the deepest darkness, the light is beginning to return.
Through a deeply relaxing sound journey, you’ll be invited to soften, release the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your own inner sanctuary.
This will be a gentle journey through:
✨ grounding and settling
✨ deep rest and stillness
✨ the darkness as a place of nourishment and gestation
✨ releasing what you no longer need to carry
✨ planting a quiet intention for the cycle ahead
✨ trusting the gradual return of the light
There is no need to arrive with an intention or anything to work on. You are welcome simply to come, lie down, receive and be held by the sounds.
A winter evening to pause.
To breathe.
To listen.
To rest in the darkness.
And to remember that something new can be quietly forming beneath the surface.
Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, grounded and restored. 🤍
